Harnett Economic Development Alliance (HEDA), is an initiative aimed at positioning Harnett County NC as a trade and investment destination. Never before has Harnett County been positioned as a socio-economic hub by the private sector.

This role has been left to the local government through its departments and agencies. Evolve NC CDC Inc., recognizes the fact that Harnett county's economic success would have a mutual benefit to all of us and has forged ahead with the HEDA initiative.
